Terry Allen is a veteran policy, political and legislative strategist with expertise on a broad

government, politics and public policy, Allen delivers results for Vertical Strategies’ clients

through practical understanding of the legislative and decision-making processes and

through building strategic partnerships and diverse policy and political coalitions.  As

founder and president of Fidelis Government Relations, a strategic consulting and

government relations firm based in Washington, DC. Allen has represented some of

America’s leading companies.

Allen is also recognized as a veteran political strategist.  For over two decades he has

advised dozens of campaigns throughout the nation and taught campaign schools in the

U.S. and internationally. He has played senior roles in political campaigns for statewide

offices, Congress, U.S. Senate and President.
